Consultancy / Deployment

Transform2 has been developed to enable organisations to successfully implement Docman products. The method has been created to provide the NHS with the tools to understand and measure the benefits delivered by deploying Docman Hub

Transform2 is a project management framework with 4 distinct but overlapping steps as shown in Figure 1 below. In this section we describe the overall aim of each step, the key activities, as well as who should be involved at each stage. More detail descriptions of the roles identified are provided in Section 6.

Our aim is to ensure that we work in partnership with our customers during the deployment of our solutions, facilitating the transformation of clinical and business processes towards Paper Free Care.

Electronic Document Management

Docman supports organisations in digitising the internal workflow document process and enables organisations to securely send and receive letters electronically. The solutions deliver a joined-up approach for healthcare providers to share documents and information.

Over 120 NHS Trusts utilise Docman Hub to send millions of letters to primary care electronically, including Discharge Summaries, Discharge Letters, Encounter Reports, Radiology Reports, Outpatient Clinic Letters, Out-of-Hours Reports and 111 messages.

Docman allows organisations to electronically workflow, track and manage their clinical and non-clinical documentation efficiently.
