The awards recognise great and innovative work being carried out across General Practice.
Ric Thompson, Managing Director, Docman “We were delighted to be recognised in the General Practice awards for what has been a significant year for Docman. We achieved Full Roll Out approval from HSCIC to centrally fund Docman for all GP Practices in England. Over 100 NHS Trusts are now utilising our Docman Hub to transfer hospital letters to GP Practices and more recently we have seen a great uptake in organisations utilising Docman across secondary care track, workflow and report on their documentation electronically.”
“Being nominated for the award is a real testament to the commitment and passion from everyone at Docman. We are totally committed to our customer base and in recent months we have launched our new customer help centre and a new customer service portal.”
The awards were held on 20th November at The Lancaster Hotel London to recognise, highlight, and reward the hard work and innovation that gets carried out every day in surgeries up and down the UK. Team projects or individual achievements, all carried out in order to deliver the best possible care to patients.
Docman GP is a well-established core GP IT system used by 6,000 Practices to receive, process and workflow in excess of 150 million clinical hospital letters sent to GP Practices every year. It is used by over 200,000 clinical and administrative staff, driving significant efficiencies across the NHS.
