We have a new opportunity for a talented individual to join the Service Delivery Team as an Operations Team Leader.

The Operations Team Leader will report to the Operations Manager but will work closely with the Release Manager, Logistics, Deployment and internal IT Helpdesk teams. The Operations Team Leader role is an integral part of the Service Delivery Team and is responsible for managing the internal IT Helpdesk, Engineering & Logistics Teams, owning the Information Governance and ensuring Business Continuity Disaster Recovery process is robust.

This is a varied role with scope for development as the organisation evolves. The individual will need to be comfortable with a dynamic role that requires at times being hands-on as well as managing a remote team that is based away from Head Office. The ability to prioritise multiple objectives and their own workload is essential.

Most of the time is spent managing the Engineering and Logistics Team, ensuring that the team are utilised efficiently and achieving our Quarterly targets. The individual will also manage the internal Help Desk team and so needs to be knowledgeable in this arena.

The ideal candidate will have lead a team previously, preferably in a remote capacity and have competent IT skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have experience of working with the NHS.

Although the role is office based at our Head Office in Castleford, travel will be required within the role from time to time. It is therefore important that the successful candidate has a full UK driving licence.
